Anthony Jaglal, B.C.S. is a founding partner of Thompson, Jaglal & Sutton, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Jaglal is a Board Certified Specialist in Construction Law, primarily focusing his practice in the area of construction law, representing owners, architects, engineers, surveyors, sureties, insurers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, in all facets. He graduated with Honors from the University of Florida College of Engineering with a Bachelors of Science in Geomatics (Surveying and Mapping), and with a law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Cum Laude. Prior to law school, he worked as a surveyor for firms in Pompano Beach, Florida and West Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Jaglal has represented parties in legal disputes in construction projects throughout Florida, assisting clients by providing a wide range of professional services including professional negligence defense, contract review and negotiations, construction lien preparation, enforcement, and defense, representing owners, contractors, and sub-contractors in prosecution of affirmative claims as well as defending owners, contractors, sub-contractors, sureties, and insurers in construction defect suits.

In the general insurance area, Mr. Jaglal has represented defendants and insurers on personal injury and property damage cases involving damages claimed from crane accidents, road construction accidents, plane crashes, mold, mildew, indoor air quality contamination, and coverage disputes. In the personal injury and property damage cases, Mr. Jaglal has principally focused on those cases involving complex technical issues, due to his technical background in surveying and engineering.

Mr. Jaglal is active on various committees of The Florida Bar dealing with construction and surety law and the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. Mr. Jaglal is a member of the Florida bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
